Futurism-inspired, Typographic installation in space

The piece consists of old lightsigns that have been re-organised and programmed to blink in red and white, in order to form different words and new meanings.

The cityspace is filled with neon lights and signals, that lure, tempt and challenge the pedestrians. Meanings may be left unnoticed or they are drawn to the subconscious. Citylights are brought to a galleryspace, where they form new meanings. The Signs blink with accelerating speed, forming words, wordplays and changing atmospheres.
In some cases the letters become physical objects, without the task that they have been normally attached to. The word becomes an image.
